Society’s Book Club Welcomes Author, Joseph Persico

On October 14, the Book Club of the Society hosted three other community book clubs to The Rooms to hear local author Joseph Persico discuss his recent book, “Roosevelt’s Centurions: FDR and the Commanders He Led to Victory in World War II.” Mr. Persico has written extensively on President Roosevelt and has been interviewed on national talk-shows about his works. The Book Club, organized in 2012, meets every six weeks.
