Burns Nicht Cake
Our annual “Robbie” Burns Night Celebration was held at the Hampton Inn at Yono’s on January 24. Forty-nine members and their guests were treated to a fun-filled evening. The feast including appetizers was fabulous. Richard Powell II serenaded us with the pipes during the cocktail hour and led the parade of the Haggis. James McPhee and his illustrious team presented the steaming haggis. We thank Vice President Dr. Richard MacDowell and Barb who organized this wonderful event. A great time was had by all. The Silent Auction was the best ever with so many fine contributions. Thanks to all for your generosity.
