President Patrick Foy and members Frank Alquire, Rich Hixon, Bill Burke and Jay Higle were honored to represent the Society by carrying our banner with the Saint Andrew’s Society of the State of New York in the front of a mile long parade consisting of many pipe bands, Celtic dancers, other Scottish societies to include members of the Scottish Parliament, Scotty dogs and much more. In the evening we attended the spectacular three-hour New York Tattoo. Master of ceremonies was SAS NY President Samuel F.
