Kirkin’ o’ the Tartan

The traditional observance of the Kirkin’ o’ the Tartan was held at Westminster Presbyterian Church on September 11.  Our Society was represented with the presentation of the tartan and the Capital Region Celtic Pipe Bank under the direction of our Piper.
